Mr. Wu is an employment lawyer with over eleven years of experience in assisting employers with strategies for avoiding employment litigation and minimizing exposure during litigation. His practice covers a wide range of employment issues including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, class actions, contracts, and appeals, and he has extensive experience with proceedings in various state and federal agencies and courts. Mr. Wu also collaborates with in-house attorneys and Human Resources officers regarding the varied employment issues that employers face daily, including personnel polices and procedures, wage payment, terminations, leaves of absence, employee classification and exempt/nonexempt status, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. He has worked with employers of all sizes from Fortune 10 companies to those with less than five employees.
Mr. Wu began practicing employment law in Chicago in 1996, and has practiced employment law in California since 2001.
