In Brief
Ms. Trincado is an associate in our Oakland office. Her practice focuses primarily on complex civil, toxic tort, environmental contamination and products liability matters.
Ms. Trincado received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2008. There, she was a member of the Thurston Honor Society and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Additionally, she served as Senior Production Editor for the Hastings Law Journal and interned for the Work/Life Law Center. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Discrimination. Ms. Trincado received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Sonoma State University in Economics in 2005.
Representative Matters
Ms. Trincado is currently part of a team defending The Dow Chemical Company and Dow AgroSciences, LLC in a complex coordinated proceeding regarding municipal well contamination throughout California.
