Mr. Pereda is a litigation attorney with experience in matters involving premises liability, products liability, public entity defense, toxic torts and construction disputes. While at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Pereda clerked for Magistrate Judge Maria-Elena James of the United States District Court, Northern District of California. He was also a teaching assistant for Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Torts courses at UC Hastings, and taught youth law at a local public high school. Mr. Pereda is an Oakland area native, and has been with the firm since the summer of 2003.
