In Brief
Ms. Noel has litigated a variety of labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff and class action lawsuits, wrongful termination and harassment actions, defense of claims of sexual harassment, harassment and discrimination based on race, age, national origin, disability, failure to accommodate, retaliation, tip pooling violations and wage and hour violations.
In addition to her work in labor and employment, Ms. Noel has experience with complex commercial disputes including, contracts, torts, corporate law, fraud, fiduciary duty, securities, unfair business practices and trade secrets.
