Ms. Milanes is a civil litigation defense attorney in our Oakland office. Her practice emphasizes products liability and toxic tort litigation. While at U.C. Hastings, Ms. Milanes was a teaching assistant in Legal Writing and Research and Moot Court, a member of the Moot Court Board, and Symposium Editor of the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. She also served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Ernest H. Goldsmith of the Superior Court of California, San Francisco, California. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Milanes was Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eden E. Hifo, First Circuit Court, Honolulu, Hawaii.
