Ms. Luzon is a sixth-year associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. She has litigated a wide range of products liability matters, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and toxic tort lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm in May 2008, Ms. Luzon worked for a major international law firm where she gained significant deposition, motion, and case management experience, and worked closely with clients, partners, and experts to evaluate cases, develop defense theories, and position cases for early resolution.

Ms. Luzon represents Benjamin Moore & Company, Cytec Industries Inc., ICI Americas Inc., The Glidden Company, and Indopco, Inc. in products liability actions involving benzene exposure claims. She also represents Chevron U.S.A. Inc., The Dow Chemical Company, and Fiberite Inc. in asbestos premises liability matters.
Pharmaceutical
Ms. Luzon previously represented Pfizer Inc. and Eli Lilly & Co. in complex, products liability litigation involving vaccines and medicines. She also represented Cardinal Health in a variety of state court litigation in California involving products liability and indemnity issues.
Medical Device
Ms. Luzon previously represented St. Jude Medical, Inc. in global mass tort and class action claims involving heart valves. |
