Ms. Kelly, an Oakland, California native, is a career defense trial lawyer with over 24 years of experience defending corporations and public entities from a variety of claims. She has extensive trial, mediation, and arbitration experience in a wide variety areas, including complex toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, automobile liability, government tort liability, construction defect, Americans with Disabilities Act, employment, intentional tort (libel, slander, fraud, assault and battery) and motor vehicle cases involving significant injuries, including brain damage, loss of limb, paralysis, and death. Ms.Kelly has also handled several cases through the Appellate stage. The focus of Ms. Kelly's current practice is defense of premises liability, products liability, and toxic tort matters.

Clark v. Karnezis (2005) Successful defense at trial of 19 year old driver sued by medical doctor severely injured during motor vehicle accident. Successfully appealed the reversal of the defense verdict before the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District (2007).
