Ms. Joseph is a civil litigation defense attorney in our Oakland office. Her practice emphasizes products liability and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Joseph worked with the Legal Aid Society in Manhattan, New York. While at law school, Ms. Joseph served as a research assistant in the areas of civil procedure and constitutional law. She was also honored as a recipient of a Bay Area Minority Clerkship. Ms. Joseph competed in Honors Moot Court and later served on the Honors Moot Court Board. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Joseph worked in the area of general civil litigation.
