Ms. Jones is a sixth-year associate based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has represented various clients in California state and federal courts in a variety of products liability, toxic torts, and asbestos lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a well-respected civil litigation firm in downtown Los Angeles where she focused on defending multi-million dollar products liability matters for automobile, medical device, and tire manufacturers.

Ms. Jones currently represents Cummins Inc. in federal and California state court actions. Ms. Jones is a member of the team defending breach of warranty, strict products liability, and lemon law claims against this diesel engine manufacturer.

Ms. Jones represents The Dow Chemical Company, Morton International, Inc., D Aircraft Products, Inc., Cytec Engineered Materials, Phelps Dodge Industries, Inc. as well as other manufacturers in product liability actions based on alleged exposure to its products.

Ms. Jones represents Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Lehigh Southwest Cement Company, Oakfabco, Inc., Mazda North American Operations, Subaru of America, Inc., and Tosco Refining Company in asbestos product liability and premises liability cases throughout California.
