Mr. Eassa is a founding partner of the firm. He
has over 25 years of experience as a civil trial
attorney. He specializes in litigating all types
of labor and employment matters, commercial
litigation, maritime actions, and toxic torts. Mr.
Eassa leads a team which regularly provides inhouse
counseling, training and guidance in the
areas of employment law and commercial disputes
for large corporations, including several
Fortune 100 and many Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Eassa serves as national,
regional and local counsel in a variety of matters and has litigated — through
trial and arbitration — cases in California, Alabama, New Jersey and the District
of Columbia.
During the course of his legal career, he has successfully tried more than 40
trials to verdict, comprised of over 35 jury verdicts and several bench trials. He
has obtained defense verdicts on behalf of various oil companies, manufacturers,
retailers, real estate developers/builders, chemical companies, and merchandisers,
among others.
Mr. Eassa also has successfully argued numerous appeals in both State and Federal
courts, including the California Supreme Court.
He has been recognized for his trial skills by a number of exclusive organizations
and has been consistently voted a California "Super Lawyer" since its inception.
