In Brief
Mr. Brown is a founding partner of the firm
and an experienced trial lawyer. His practice
emphasizes complex civil litigation matters,
including products and premises liability, commercial,
labor, and employment law. He also
has defended public agencies in actions alleging
police misconduct, discrimination and sexual
harassment.
Mr. Brown has tried to verdict more than fifty
complex actions in Alameda, San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Marin,
Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. In addition to California, Mr. Brown also
has tried numerous actions to verdict in many other jurisdictions throughout the
U.S. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of New York as well as United
States District Courts in New York, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Mississippi.
Mr. Brown is a Diplomat and former President of the San Francisco Chapter
of the American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as a Fellow of the American
College of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America. He regularly
participates as a panelist in trial practice seminars and workshops.
